JAKE CALIVA
Freshmen Jake Caliva led SBVC to the team title at the inaugural Chaffey College Invitational with his runner up finish at 22:04 over the four mile course. Caliva led the Wolverines to the team title of 28 points with five other Valley runners finishing in the top ten.
Andrew Tafolla
Tafolla placed first at the Chaffey Invitational Saturday, October 8th with a time of 21:29.8; more than 30 seconds in front of the next runner. Tafolla has medaled at all three events the Panthers have participated in this season including a 10th place finish at the Southern California Preview in Bakersfield.
Sydney Cotter
Cotter scored three goals last week as the Panthers took on Mt San Jacinto (4-0 W) and Victor Valley (5-1 W). The freshman forward has scored five in her eight appearances on the field including against all three IEAC teams Chaffey has faced this season.
Ricky Chazaro
Sophomore Ricky Chazaro scored a natural hat trick in the first half of Friday’s 6-0 win over Chaffey in the iEAC opener. He scored the first three goals of the game in under 21 minutes.
