Freshman Giovanna Espinoza, a product of La Quinta High School, led the Roadrunners' dominating 100-61 victory over LA Harbor College, capturing the program's first win since December 17, 2022. Espinoza scored 33 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 5 three-pointers, and set a new school-record with 11 steals.

Manaia Mamea continued her strong play this week. On Wednesday against Cerro Coso College, she tallied 12 kills, hit .321, and added 6 digs. In Friday's sophomore night matchup against Victor Valley College, Mamea collected 18 kills, tallied a .556 hitting percentage, and 10 digs.
