IEAC Women’s Soccer Athletes of the Week 10/20 - 10/25

Briseida Medina, Sophomore Outside Hitter, Chaffey College 
I would like to nominate Briseida Medina. She has stepped up as our starting goalkeeper in the last two matches, recording a shutout in our victory over SBVC. Most recently, against Chaffey, she came up big with several crucial saves that helped secure our lead and keep us on top.Her composure and consistency have been key to our team’s success. She was able to get another shutout in our 2-0 win against norco on 10/24.

Willow Jones, Freshman Forward, College of the Desert
Jones, a freshman from Yucca Valey, California scored 2 goals last week against Victor Valley College and San Bernardino Valley College.
