Jason Leon had an amazing week going 7 for 10, 4 runs, 4 RBI’s, 1 triple, 4 stolen bases, and 2 walks. Leon is currently batting .586, which is currently the highest in the state. He is also tied at the top of the list with 9 stolen bases. 

IGNACIO ZAMORA | SBVC 
Baseball
Zamora was 7-12 with 2 doubles, a triple, 3 RBI and scored 5 runs while drawing 3 walks. 
Ignacio led all hitters last week batting .583 on the week to help split the last four games.  Zamora’s RBI triple in the top of the 8th helped cut the Ohlone lead to 3-2 and jump started the rally to tie the game in the same inning, which eventually led to the win. 

GRACE ESTRADA | CHAFFEY COLLEGE
Women’s Basketball
Grace Estrada continues to play at a high level. Estrada averaged 26 points, 8 rebounds 6 steals, and 4 assists for the week. She is currently shooting 52% from the field. On February 8, Estrada had a triple double 32 points (a career high), 10 steals, and 10 rebounds. Estrada leads the conference in steals and fourth in the CCCAA. 

SANDEE HEIERMANN | MSJC 
Women’s Basketball
Heiermann vs. Copper Mountain turned in 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 8 assists. Against College of the Desert achieved a quadruple double by scoring 14 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists, and 10 steals.

Baseball
Mauricio threw 9 innings with 9 strikeouts and only 2 earned runs for the complete game win. Against Citrus College, he kept the Owls contained until the walk off win in the 9th inning.
