VIOLET SALAZAR | CHAFFEY COLLEGE
Violet pitched three complete games last week as Chaffey clinched a share of the IEAC Conference title. She gave up just three earned runs as she lowered her season ERA to 1.85. In 17 innings she struck out 16 batters.  At the plate she went a p henomenal 8-12 with 4 RBI and two runs scored. "Violet has taken on the role of leading this team, in the circle and at the top of the order. She's proven to be one of the best all-around athletes in the state."

LAUREN ROBINSON | COLLEGE OF THE DESERT
Robinson was  4 - 7, good for a .571 AVG for the week, with a Double & Home Run, 2 RBI's, 3 Runs Scored, 3 Base on Balls & 1 Hit By Pitch, her OB % for the week was was 727. In the pitching circle she earned her 5th IEAC victory vs only 1 loss, she threw 5 innings giving up 4 hits, with 2 un-earned runs, 1 Base on Balls & 9 K's out of 15 outs. leads the IEAC in Bating AVG .560, Slugging % with a 900, On Base % with a 645, and leads the IEAC in Hits with 28, she ranks second in Home Runs and third in RBI's. Last week she played at 3rd Base, 1st Base and Pitched for us. She has been such important player to our program during her career, which stands now at 95 games played.
