The women's tennis season kicked off with a road trip to Mt. SAC on Tuesday, where the Eagles lost 7-2.  The team had to default matches in the number 5 and 6 singles, as well as number 3 doubles.  The team was led by freshman Jenna Kent who swept her doubles and singles matches.  Strong performances were put in by all four ladies and the team is eager to get back in action and continue to improve. "We played well, especially given it was our first match of the season.  I was happy that I hung in there and battled to comeback and put a singles point on the board", Kent said.
